Nicole Scherzinger takes a bite out of Vegas! X Factor judge celebrated her 33rd birthday with not one but TWO parties

By Daily Mail Reporter

Celebration: X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger partied it up Las Vegas style at TAO Nightclub last night to celebrate her 33rd birthday

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

And for Nicole Scherzinger she knew how to party in Sin City for her birthday with not one - but two parties.

The X Factor judge enjoyed a daytime event and then partied the night away at TAO Nightclub at the Venetian hotel.

Nicole, who turns 33 next week, looked stunning in a glittering mini dress which she paired with taupe shoes and bag.

She had her long raven hair in soft curls which cascaded over her shoulders.

The former Pussycat Doll was presented with an an amazing five-tiered cake decorated in gold and pink with her name in glittering letters perched on the side.

The cake was covered in musical symbols, a microphone and the second tier even featured a corset.

The celebrations comes ahead of her actual birthday which is on June 29.

Earlier in the day, Nicole was presented with yet another cake as she frolicked by the pool at Marquee Dayclub.

She looked very Vegas summer casual in a strapless leopard print beach cover dress.

Her second cake was a five tiered purple and white design with the host venue emblazoned all over it.

Putting it behind her: Nicole has been the centre of negative reports after she replaced original judge Cheryl Cole from the panel of the upcoming television talent show

Nicole wasted no time in getting into the sweet treat and took a big bite out of the top layer.

She partied to the sounds of DJ Roger Sanchez who was spinning on the decks for the occasion.

The singer has been flitting around the country performing her duties as a judge on the U.S. X Factor after the ousting of Cheryl Cole saw her go from host to being part of the panel.

She has recently gushed about her close relationship with fellow judges Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul.

Nicole said: 'I'm not there to get in between them - I get a front row ticket to the Paula and Simon show every week.'

'I'm fascinated watching them because they've been together for over 10 years,' she added.

'It's such an honour for me to be part of the panel as an artist in today's music industry,' the star said.

Not pictured at the bash was her boyfriend and Formula One driving ace Lewis Hamilton.

The pair were last pictured at premiere for Disney's Car 2 in Hollywood last week.

Nicole has hit back at her former manager Jeff Haddad who told British tabloid Now magazine that X Factor bosses had secretly plotted to have her as a judge all along.

But Nicole told Houston-based syndicated radio show Kidd Kraddick in the Morning that it is not true.

'That's such gossip, man. I was very hurt by that because it was my ex-manager who said that. It just

unfortunately goes to show how much he doesn't know, because the people at Fremantle and all the powers that be have no idea who he is because wasn't involved. It was a hard process for me and I'm sure for Cheryl.'

'I started out as a co-host, and I loved the job. I got to meet families and all the contestants and a lot of spend time with them.

'Steve Jones, I was co-hosting with him. The way everything just worked out, they offered me the job [of judge], and I was just ecstatic, and I was so grateful to be a part of it in that way, because then I felt like I could really have a voice.

'It was at home for me, because I feel like I could better serve as a mentor and everything,' she added.

'It’s weird when people think they can toy and they know what’s go on. I don't think Fremantle and all these people would go through all that money to have to deal with something like that.

I don’t like to read the press because I’m really sensitive when it comes to stuff like that. I always put good energy, good vibes out there.

'Cheryl’s a lovely girl, and she’s going to make the best decisions for her. She’s going to be great.

'For me, I don’t care about the press because I’m going to focus on my work and let my heart and what I do best speak for itself. In the end, all the other stuff is just rubbish, and it will go away.'
