Heavens above! Sarah Harding unveiled her new angel wings back tattoo as she holidayed in Ibiza earlier this week

She might have been wearing a more than miniscule crop top and hotpants as she partied in Ibiza, but all eyes were on Sarah Harding's eye-catching new tattoo.

The Girls Aloud singer highlighted her new inking, which featured a pair of angel wings etched on to he back, as she partied at the Ocean Beach Club in Ibiza earlier this week.

The wings sit on either side of the singer's tattoo she unveiled earlier this year, featuring the slogan 'Don't be bitter - glitter!'

But while Sarah was clearly keen to add to her tattoo collection, she perhaps should have considered a smaller design before going for such an overwhelming etching.

However, Sarah is obviously pleased with the new addition, choosing outfits specifically to show off the tattoo as she partied on the Spanish island.

As well as the studded black crop top and tiny denim hotpants she wore with a pair of Finest SEVEN sunglasses, Sarah was also photographed wearing an incredibly revealing black monokini, which once again drew attention to the wings sitting proudly on her back.

Sarah is no doubt enjoying a few weeks off ahead of getting back into things before the highly-anticipated reported Girls Aloud reunion in November.

And in addition to her plans with Girls Aloud, Sarah also recently spoke about her intentions to release a solo album next year.

Speaking to Broadcast Exchange, she said: 'There's quite a lot going on this year, but it's in the pipeline right now, so I can't really say much about that.

'Next year I am preparing for solo material so watch this space.'

The singer attended Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh's final performance for Shrek: The Musical with Nicola Roberts and Cheryl Cole.

Sarah was glowing with a golden tan and looked chic in her polka dot dress.

After watching Kimberley's performance the girls went to Club Vanilla where they toasted her final night.

As well as the planned Girls Aloud reunion, Sarah has reportedly been back in the studio recording some solo material.

According to reports, Miss Harding has been drawing on her painful break-up with ex-fiancée Tom Crane and her time in rehab to pen some songs.

'Sarah's been jotting down lyrics and writing songs for the past few months,' a source told the Mirror.

'She really wants to make people sit up and take notice, with a single that would never have been expected from her.

Sarah Harding pictured for the first time since speaking out about her violent fight with ex-boyfriend

Her revealing newspaper tell-all yesterday, accompanied by confronting photographs of the injuries she sustained in a violent fight with her ex-boyfriend, made nationwide headlines.

But Sarah Harding was all covered up when she stepped out for the first time since going public with her side of the scandal.

While she chose to show off her bruised arms and face in the papers, the 30-year-old kept them under wraps in a long-sleeved blouse and oversize sunglasses for a shopping trip.


With her fans and critics still reeling over her tell-all interview, the Girls Aloud star indulged in some retail therapy.

Sarah wore a pair of black leggings with lace detail down the side of the legs,a cream patterned blouse and boots.

The blonde star appeared to be wearing quite a lot of make-up which she finished off with some lip gloss.

It was a stark contrast to her appearance on the front of The Sun yesterday where she appeared bare-faced with her hair tied back.

She opened up about the alleged assualt incident with new boyfriend Theo De Vries.

Speaking for the first time, Harding went into detail about the incident with her boyfriend of three months.

Looking at the image on the cover of the newspaper, it seems that Harding's altercation with her boyfriend of three months was in fact very physical.

'He grabbed me by my hair - throwing my head on the floor. We were struggling,' she recalled.

'While he had me by the hair, he was pulling me across the floor. He was dragging me around.

'He was smacking my head on the floor. He bit my ear. And when I kicked him to try and get him off me, I got his nose and he was bleeding.'

The singer also claimed Theo smeared blood all her face during the incident.

Her allegations come after De Vries accused her of biting him and throwing an ashtray at his head.

Harding arrived back in the UK bandaged up after catching the first flight home from Austria.

She had been staying in the Hotel Schloss Matzen with her boyfriend when things took a turn for the worse.

Harding claims she was defending herself during the incident after she decided to end her relationship with De Vries.

After meeting him during her time spent in rehab in South Africa, Harding admits it probably wasn't the best idea to date someone who was also battling an addiction to alcohol.

She admitted she found him 'lovely' when they first met, but things rapidly went down hill during their holiday in Austria when he apparently started drinking again.

Harding realised that her and De Vries were not compatible and claims she left the hotel early to fly back to the UK.

The pop star added that she thinks the reason De Vries was so angry is because he could tell that she still had feelings for her ex-fiancé Tom Crane.

'I think he knew I missed Tom, because I do - desperately,' she said.

'I think in a way I was on a rebound. I think that p***** him off. I called him Tom a few times by mistake. He hated that.'

The newly singleton later dared to bare in something a little more daring, flashing her midriff in a black boob tube with a colourful dress draped over.

Dionne Bromfield was also in attendance, belting out her vocal chords for a performance while looking like the little diva she is becoming.

Last week, the Biology singer buried herself beneath a flat cap and behind aviator shades as she stepped out minus her engagement ring.

While her forced smile appeared to be more like a grimace, today's outing seemed to generate a genuine smile.

Sarah ended her relationship with the DJ just nine months after getting engaged, which they celebrated with a glitzy party at The Brompton Club.

The split allegedly came after a row between the couple, with Sarah flying to Ibiza, where Tom plays in the top venues, in a bid to save the romance.

However, they were believed to have overcome their problems after Crane proposed on New Year’s Eve 2010 during a holiday in The Maldives.

But hectic work schedules have been blamed for their fate, with Tom in Spain while Sarah has been shooting Run For Your Wife in London.

The role, which sees Sarah star alongside Danny Dyer and Denise Van Outen, is her first major role following smaller performances in the St Trinian's movies and BBC drama Out Of Control.

Planning a wedding can be a stressful business, as any bride-to-be will know.

But Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding appears to have found a novel way of dealing with her nuptial nerves - by getting dolphin therapy.

The 29-year-old singer, who is set to wed fiancé Tom Crane later this year, looked delighted as she swam with dolphins in Miami.

Wearing a neon green bikini under her wetsuit, Sarah beamed as she grabbed the dolphin's fin and was taken for a ride around the pool at the Dolphin Harbor Miami Seaquarium.

She was later seen kissing the mammal and shaking its fin with her hand in the pictures taken last week.

Sarah certainly appears to be enjoying her time in Miami, after flying out to the States to help Sir Richard Branson celebrate his Virgin Atlantic airline's 25th anniversary of connecting Miami and London.

Earlier in the week, Sarah showed off her bikini body as she relaxed by her hotel pool and basked in the sunshine.

The singer has apparently hired a personal trainer in a bid to be in the best shape possible for her big day.

And the results certainly showed as Sarah flaunted an enviable six pack as she strolled around the water's edge.

Sarah said recently she often struggle to accept her figure, but has been working hard with her trainer to perfect her physique.

She said: 'I could definitely be slimmer, but I'm working on it with my trainer.

'Do I have ugly days? All the time. I have breakouts, or days when I'm pictured with a double chin. I just think, "Urgh, I want to run away and hide." '

Speaking recently, Sarah said she and Tom are on top of their wedding plans, but still have a few final details to sort out.

She said: 'What we’re after at the moment is a band for the big day.

'We have someone special in mind but if we tell everyone who it is then we don’t get them it’ll be embarrassing so we’re going to see what they say first.'

And Sarah also refused to comment on whether she would become Mrs Crane after the wedding.

She teased: 'I DO know whether or not I’m taking Tom’s surname, but I’m not saying a thing. Everyone will just have to wait and see.'

Clad in a little red dress resembling the uniform of the cabin crew, Sarah posed for pictures in the Virgin boss's arms on top of a wing on one of his planes.

Talking to reporters at the event, Branson said: 'This is a fantastic milestone in Virgin Atlantic’s history.

‘Miami was the second route Virgin Atlantic launched two years after the airline began and to think that we are now a world class airline with 32 long haul destinations is a dream come true.’

They used to be, ahem, bosom buddies to the extent that she was bridesmaid at her first wedding to Peter Andre - and it seems that Sarah Harding and Katie Price are now becoming somewhat interchangeable.

Because pictured leaving London's trendy Gilgamesh restaurant last night, the Girls Aloud star appears to be taking style tips from her ex mate's former image.

Whereas now the model formerly known as Jordan has the bleached blonde hair, it's 29-year-old Sarah who's now sporting the dark brown dye and hair extensions.

The orange-looking fake tan is also there in all it's tangerine glory.

There was something about Sarah's face last night too that brought to mind the plumped-up look of pout-enhanced filler fan Katie.

Of course, it was probably just the singer's make-up and the lighting.

The star also struggled on the cobbles with her heels too when she left her favourite haunt at 2am and needed a helping hand to the waiting car.

However, she posed when she reached the car to show that she wasn't overly refreshed and was just having a spot of bother with the road surface.

Nevertheless despite the star's somewhat different look, she still managed to look glamourous in her figure-hugging bluey-grey snakeskin dress and gunmetal grey Louboutin stilettos.

Sarah was bridesmaid at Katie's 2005 wedding to Peter, along with Kerry Katona, but they have since drifted apart, with Katie complaining in 2008 that she didn't return her calls.

Sarah meanwhile, who claims in today's Mail On Sunday that her partying days are behind her, got engaged to her longstanding boyfriend DJ Tom Crane earlier this year.

The couple celebrated their engagement party last month at the Brompton Club in South Kensington, but they haven’t yet decided on a wedding date.
