She was left in a panic after her family became the latest victims of a dangerous joke which saw police called to the Jenner household amid claims a shooting had taken place.
But Kim Kardashian looked the picture of happiness as she was mobbed by fans when she arrived at Abidjan on the Ivory Coast on Friday evening.
Beaming from ear-to-ear as she was swamped by locals keen to catch a glimpse of America's first lady of reality television, the 32-year old star seemed a little overwhelmed as she made her way through arrivals.
Surrounded by a group of burly security guards, the petite brunette was presented with a stunning bouquet of flowers as she prepared to make her way out to a waiting car.
Kim looked effortlessly stylish upon her arrival, teaming a simple black ensemble with a chic stone-coloured belted mac while disguised her tiny baby bump.
Writing on her Twitter page, she said: 'We out here Abidjan Côte d'Ivoire Thanks for everything Guyzo people!'
The pregnant reality star made sure to keep her followers updated with her every move, even while she was on her flight, tweeting a snap of her make-up free.
Alongside the candid picture, Kim wrote: '11 hr flight....6 hrs to go!!! #nomakeup #nofilter.'
But it would seem Kim's happy and relaxed mood wasn't set to last for long.
Just a matter of hours later, a 15-strong SWAT team were sent to Kris and Bruce Jenner's California mansion on Friday afternoon; with at least two helicopters hovering up above as back-up.
Kim Kardashian, 32, tweeted her panic from the Ivory Coast after being informed of the commotion, which was sparked by a bogus call to the police claiming a shooting had taken place at the Calabasas home.
Her younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie were less dramatic and saw the funny side of it all... as did patriarch Bruce, who posed for an instagram with the police officers.
Kylie Tweeted 'my neighbours officially think I'm crazy' to which her sister Kendall replied: 'Our whole household is crazy.'
The 17-year-old then posted a picture of her father merrily posing with officers in front of the mansion's famous sweeping staircase; and of the squad cars lined up outside the home.
Kim, of course, was a tad more dramatic.
She wrote: 'Just got a call from my mom telling me about this prank call that someone was shot in their home & 15 swat team & 3 helicopters showed up!'
Kim added: 'These prank calls are not funny! People can get arrested for this! I hope they find out who is behind this. It's dangerous & not a joke!'
Kendall wrote, alongside her montage of the events: 'I love it when 8 police officers show up at my door and 10 cop cars are outside my house. just another casual Friday evening at the Jenner household. #nbd #EveryonesOk'
These pranks seem to be becoming an increasingly common occurrence, with police being sent to Tom Cruise’s house following a report about an alleged armed intruder on the property on Thursday.
