She's due to give birth in September.
But Snooki is not letting pregnancy get in the way of strutting around in the latest Jeffrey Campbell sky-high platforms.
As she and her fiancé Jionni Lavalle arrived at Bliss Spa in New York earlier today, the 24-year-old expectant mum showed off her latest shoes - a pair of stunning red heel-less platforms with an intricate ankle design.
Snooki hearts Jeffrey Campbell: Pregnant reality star Snooki showed off her latest pair of sky-high platforms while arriving at Bliss Spa in New York with her fiancé Jionni Lavalle earlier today
Thankfully, Jionni held the hand of his pregnant fiancée to keep her from teetering too much in the fancy footwear.
Sporting new blonde highlights, Snooki shared a picture of today's ensemble -- a tight red top, small black shorts, and leopard print hat and jacket -- with her 4.9 million followers before hitting up the relaxing spa.
'You can see a bump!!!' tweeted Snooki, who's currently hard at work on her reality TV spin-off show Snooki & JWoww.
Doctors usually recommend that women start wearing lower heels after 25 weeks of pregnancy, because of dizziness and weight gain which changes their centre of gravity and causes more falls.

The baby is generally safe within the womb because of the protection of the walls of the uterus and the amniotic sack, but the biggest danger of falling during pregnancy is the possibility of placental abruption, the separation of the placenta from the uterine wall.
Snooki could easily be following the lead of other celebrity mothers who have kept their 'ankle-breakers' on through pregnancy, including Jessica Simpson, Victoria Beckham, Beyonce, Rachel Zoe, Kate Hudson, Alicia Keys, and Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda Holden.
'I don't even feel pregnant really,' Snooki revealed to E! Online two days ago while promoting the release of Gorilla Beach (out May 15).
'I'm just tired but pretty much it's like I'm just growing a stomach.'

The diminutive star added, 'My appetite's not even like crazy. It's still the same. I need to force myself to eat because sometimes I'm not hungry, but you have to feed the baby, too.'
The tanned couple, who will find out the sex of their child 'very soon,' are not even thinking about their coming nuptials at this point.
'We're just trying to do one thing at a time. A wedding is very sacred and it's time I'm going to get married and I want it to be special - why not have our baby in the wedding?'
But according to her tweet yesterday, Snooki is definitely beginning to think about the pain associated with child birth.
Snooki hearts Jeffrey Campbell: In the past week, she's tweeted several pictures of herself in 'ankle-breakers,' but doctors recommend that women start wearing lower heels after 25 weeks of pregnancy
Bad influences: Snooki could easily be following the lead of other heel-loving celebrity moms Jessica Simpson, Victoria Beckham, Beyonce, Rachel Zoe, and Kate Hudson
'Phenomenal. "@WhatTheFFacts: On the list of the most painful experiences, 'burnt alive' stands first followed by "giving birth",' the guidette tweeted.
But Snooki hasn't baby-proofed the Jersey Shore house just yet.
Snooki told Celebuzz: 'Oh, hell no!''If anything, I’ll get my own place. That place is for partying and single people.'
In the V magazine’s Americana Issue out May 10, Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, says she intends to shock all her 'haters' by proving she’s ready for motherhood.
'Everyone will be surprised to see a different side of me. I'm loving, caring, sensitive, protective and very maternal, no matter what people might think,' she told the mag.
'I can't wait to meet my kid!'
