The X-rated factor! Tulisa sends in her lawyers after 'sex tape' hits the internet

A sex tape that allegedly stars the pop star and X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has been leaked on the internet.

The embarrassed star, 23, immediately got her lawyers into action and they issued an injnction banning any description of the sex act featured in the footage.

The seven-minute 'tape' first appeared on the site pappzd.com before it was removed within minutes of causing a social networking frenzy.

However, her spokesman would not add any comment to a previous denial that was issued when a sex tape allegedly featuring Tulisa was hawked around media outlets last year.

Rep Simon Jones, telling the Mail Online: 'Tulisa has asked us not to comment on speculation about her personal life.'

A spokesman for the website said on Twitter: 'So ummm….. Tulisa’s lawyers just left our office after serving us a handwritten cease and desist notice.'

They added: 'So basically we’ve had to take the video down.'

The X Factor judge was apparently approached by an unidentified man last year, who wanted to sell the tape for £500,000.

A spokesperson for the star said at the time: 'This tape is 100 per cent fake and is just someone trying to cash in on her X Factor role.

'She is horrified that someone would go to the extreme lengths of fabricating a video. It is absolutely not her. Tulisa has categorically never allowed anyone to film her having sex.'

Camden-born Tulisa shot to fame with N-Dubz, which she formed with cousin Dappy and ex-boyfriend Fazer in the early 2000s.

The trio performed together from the age of 12.

The star broke off her 18-month relationship with Fazer in January, amid rumours he wanted her to settle down but she was determined to break the U.S. market with her first solo album.

Tulisa was a surprise choice for last year's X Factor judging panel, and she is expected to return this year.

She was thought to be dating Skins actor Jack O'Connell - the pair were pictured partying together in London two weeks ago.

But he took to Twitter to deny any romance, saying: 'Now then, massive thankings to my MATE @officialtulisa for a top wednesday and beyond, finishing now.

'Take it easy PAL & maybe see you in USA. What a top week, u wait now mrs, I o u. My MATE (not lover, not mrs, not any w**** red top label) @officialtulisa T'raa kid!'

Tulisa is already nursing embarrassment after being found to be carrying a sex toy at the airport check-in on her way home to London from Miami.

However, she recovered her pose to talk about it to her 1.6 million Twitter followers about the incident.

She said: 'Most cringe moment of my life..checkin in 'Mam..ur suitcase is vibrating..can u open ur case n turn what eva that is off'..just kill me.'

She then revealed it had been a Rampant Rabbit inside her suitcase.

And she insisted: 'I only bought it as a present for a mate, but the joke ended up on me.'

Also while she was in the States, Tulisa decided to pay a visit to a sex shop called Hustler.

A shop assistant was seen holding up a sex device as Tulisa and her PA giggled like school children.
