Praise the lord! Dolly Parton is proud to show off her greatest gifts in plunging white dress at premiere of Joyful Noise

SCROLL DOWN FOR TRAILER...

Busting out: Dolly Parton goes glam at the premiere of her new film Joyful Noise in Hollywood tonight

Shy is not a term that one can apply to Dolly Parton.

In fact, the Southern singer seemed to embody the expression 'If you've got it, flaunt it' at the Hollywood premiere of her new film, Joyful Noise, tonight.

At 65 years old, she definitely has 'it', as she showed off her in a tight-fitting, cleavage-baring white frock.

What are you trying to say, Dolly? The Southern belle is truly trying to send a big message

Age-defying Dolly is holding back the years: Has she had more surgery?

Like a true Southern gal, Dolly couldn't resist showing off her big bar hair and her even more substantial chest in the low-cut dress.

Although she claimed her assets were God-given back in the eighties, Dolly has since changed her tune.

She often declares when asked if she's had work done: 'Yep, they are mine...bought and paid for!'

God's greatest gifts: The 65-year-old star might be grateful for how young she looks

She also proudly displayed her miniscule waistline by spanning her hot pink fingernails across her tiny hips.

She accessorised with blinged-out white kitten heels and, of course, a few crosses here and there across her body.

She wore one such homage to God around her neck and the other as a giant ring on her left hand.

Two peas in a pod: They might look different, but Dolly and the Queen are kindred spirits

The green goddess: Queen Latifah shows off her sassy red carpet style in a ruched teal dress

Her latest film in an acting career that's been touch and go since 1980's Nine to Five is a perfect fit for the sassy star.

In the fashion of Glee, the film follows two strong minded women who are forced to cooperate when budget cuts threaten to shut down a small town choir.

The other 'strong' woman in question is Queen Latifah; if a recent joint interview the two ladies gave to Entertainment Weekly is any indication, they became incredibly close during filming.

Child star gone good: Nickelodeon star Keke Palmer is the star of Joyful Noise

The fabulous four: The film stars Jeremy Jordan, Dolly Parton, Queen Latifah and Keke Palmer

The 41-year-old former rapper wasn't even offended when Dolly received special treatment in the form of a fitted choir robe so that she could better show off her prized possessions.

She rationalised her fashion request, saying: 'Well, I'm so short and my boobs are so big, that if I had that big robe on...'

Latifah finished: 'She'd look like a tiny box.'

Although they seem completely different, Parton swears that she and Latifah have more in common than one might think.

The men of the hour: Courtney B. Vance and Jeremy Jordan star in the film

'We're from two completely different worlds. We're alike in that we are bighearted, but we didn't have no trouble fighting,' she laughed to the magazine.

The Queen showed off her own curvaceous figure in a ruched teal green dress and brown peep-toed heels that added additional height to her 5'10 frame.

They were joined on the red carpet by co-stars Keke Palmer, Courtney B. Vance and Jeremy Jordan.

A slew of celebrity pals also came out to support the two big personalities.

The Cyrus' minus Miley: Billy Ray, Tish, Noah and Brandi Cyrus showed up to support 'Aunt Dolly'

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol star Paula Patton looked svelte and sensational in a tight black dress.

All traces of the baby weight she had put on from having son Julian in April of 2010 was long gone.

She came to support her Just Wright co-star Latifah. The two women are so close that the singer even threw Paula's baby shower in the months before she gave birth.

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, dressed demurely in leggings and a black wrap, also came out to show her support, as did Vivica A. Fox.

Supportive pals: Paula Patton and Eva Longoria showed up to support their gal pal Queen Latifah

Mission, impossible: Paula Patton regained her pre-baby body within months

Dolly wasn't without her famous support system, either.

The entire Cyrus family came out as one to praise the singer, who played 'Aunt Dolly' on Miley Cyrus' hit Disney show Hannah Montana for four years.

Unfortunately, Miley herself wasn't in attendance, though her father Billy Ray, mother Tish and sisters Noah and Brandi all showed their faces.

The film hits American theatres on January 13.

Best of the rest: Vivica A. Fox and Ashley Spencer attended the premiere
