It is a film starring one of Hollywood's most stylish women, premièring in the middle of Fashion Week. So the New York screening of I Don't Know How She Does It was, unsurprisingly, a fashionable event tonight.
But the film's star Sarah Jessica Parker while stylish as ever, was overshadowed by her co-star Christina Hendricks' jaw-dropping look on the red carpet.
While Parker, 46, kept it simple in a black maxi, her gravity-defying co-star, 36, easily eclipsed her as she paraded her famous assets down the red carpet.

The buxom Mad Men star, as always, stole the spotlight from everyone in the room in a plunging satin dress.
The blush pink dress by Vivienne Westwood is a favourite style of the actress, that shows of her famous hourglass figure to perfection.
The 36-year-old swept her flame-red hair up and wore glittering jewels on her wrist and ears, but left her décolletage bare and let her headline-grabbing cleavage do the talking.

Sarah Jessica Parker looked sleek, if a little dull, in her black dress and her blonde hair in loose waves, while Olivia Munn wore a bright red prom-style strapless dress.
The three stars of the romantic comedy posed with Parker's onscreen husband Greg Kinnear on the red carpet.
Pierce Brosnan, who plays Parker's dashing work colleague in the film, also looked dapper in a suit.

The screening was a popular event for a host of young Hollywood starlet, all in town for Fashion Week.
Emma Roberts looked elegant in a strapless red gown and oversize gold pendant, while Sophia Bush wore a cute gold shorts and cropped blazer outfit.
Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr was almost unrecognisable in a backless gold dress and a sleek long bob hairstyle.

Reality star Olivia Palermo and designer Rachel Roy both wore blazer long dress ensembles.
I Don't Know How She Does It stars Parker as Kate Reddy, a successful hedge fund manager who is the primary breadwinner for her family.
It is based on the best selling book of the same name by former Daily Mail columnist Allison Pearson.

The film follows Reddy as she struggles to keep her life in order while trying to be a model wife, mother, employee and staying on top of her game at work with tough competition from her male counterparts.
The romantic comedy had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
It will be released in cinemas worldwide on September 16.
