Lisa Rinna was smiling from ear-to-ear as she returned to the Hollywood scene with a pair of new lips and a new outlook.
Wearing skinny jeans, suede pumps and a frilly top, Rinna arrived at the high-end Fred Segal boutique Thursday night in West Hollywood, California, for the Painted Nail Launch event, kicking off a new nail bar.
The 47-year-of mother of two showed off her amazing body in the skin tight jeans, but her lips were still looking decidedly puffy despite undergoing lip reduction surgery in August.

The former Melrose Place star underwent lip reduction surgery in an effort to fix her botched trout pout
Although some observers have commented Rinna doesn't look very different, the actress and author recently told People Magazine she's pleased with the outcome.
'My lip has no lumps! It's smooth,' she said. 'It doesn't matter what other people think. I did it for myself.'

In a unseen clip from the show obtained by People.com, Rinna is seen visiting her doctor’s office to get her stitches removed.
But as the surgeon tries to take them out, he admits his patient’s raw and bruised lips are 'not healing very well'.
A frightened Rinna turns to her husband Harry Hamlin for comfort, saying: 'Help me! Now what? What do we do? What do I do?'

Later, Hamlin admits: 'Lisa could look weird for the rest of her life. She must be freaking out. I can see on the doctor’s face, his look of concern... this could be serious.'
The episode airs on TV Land on November 10.
Harry Loves Lisa follows the lives of Rinna and Hamlin as they balance their working lives with raising their two young daughters, Delilah Belle, 12 and Amelia Gray, 9.
The show highlights the differences between Rinna and Hamlin, who have been married for thirteen years, often to great comedic effect.
