'Who cares if I'm not a size zero, I don't want to be': Khloe Kardashian shrugs off weight criticism as she poses with Kim and Kourtney in sisterly shoot

Standing tall at 5ft 10in, Khloe Kardashian towers over her sisters Kim and Kourtney, with many critics accusing her of looking larger in width as well as height.

But despite unfair comparisons with her diminutive older sisters, Khloe admits she struggles with her fluctuating weight.

And while accepting she'll never be size zero, she admits she does feel insecure about her body.

As she poses in a family photo shoot for the British edition of Cosmopolitan magazine, Khloe opens up about her weight issues.

She tells the December issue of the glossy: 'It isn’t easy. My weight fluctuates, like any normal girl, and I have times when I feel insecure.

'So if I come under scrutiny at one of those times, then I might get really down on myself. But the next day, I might be like, "Oh, f**k off, I’m so much better than that."

'I have moments of weakness, but mostly I brush the criticism off… Who cares if I’m not a size zero? I don’t want to be. I love my body; I’m healthy, I work out.

'But I also enjoy life… the more scrutiny I am under, the more confident I become. I am who I am. I can’t do anything about it, and I love who I am.'

When it comes to Kim receiving confidence, she admits she turns to rapper boyfriend Kanye West.

She gushes: 'My boyfriend. He’s great at boosting my confidence. He gives me compliments in every way possible.'

However, the trio admit they wish they had the confidence their younger sister Kylie, 16, has at her age.

Kourtney explains: 'I thinkour sister Kylie [16] has such confidence; it’s just amazing.'

Despite in the process of ending her second marriage, Kim admits she turns to Kylie for relationship advice.

She said: 'She’s such an old soul. I’ve been going to her for relationship advice for years. She has always steered me in the right direction since she was about 12. She would be like, "OK, do not call him."'

The sisters' covershoot comes as they won the Ultimate Confidence Queens Award at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards 2012 with VO5 on 30th October.

The blonde – who started working with the famous relatives five years ago and regularly appears on their E! shows – shared her baby scans via Kim Kardashian’s Instagram page on Thursday.

Kim teased, ‘Guess who's pregnant!!!’ as she posted an image of herself beside engaged Bonelli, rubbing her growing stomach.

With a baby girl on the way, Kourtney Kardashian has already stated that she's been experiencing more morning sickness the second time around and, apparently, she has also been experiencing claustrophobia.

The reality star, who recently celebrated her 33rd birthday in Mexico, shared her anxiety of being trapped in small spaces with her 5.8 million Twitter followers earlier today before boarding a flight out of LAX.

The Kardashian sister also wore an artful white blazer over an all-black stretchy outfit, and little Mason wore a red-hooded tracksuit with a navy New York baseball hat and tiny Air Jordans.

'I think it's a little bit harder being pregnant when you have a toddler I'm chasing after. Last time I could nap more,' Kourtney told People magazine earlier this month.

She and the baby's father Scott Disick, who was recently Punk'd on MTV, are keeping possible baby names on Kourtney's cell phone.

'I have my little list of names, and I cross it off one day and a new one comes. We definitely don't have the name. We're going back and forth,' said Kourtney who is due in July.

The reality show star stepped out in Los Angeles today wearing a pair of rather unflattering trousers.

The 31-year-old looked like she was literally squeezed into her dressy bottoms, as they strained around her waist and hips.

The roominess of the wide-legged slacks swallowed her diminutive frame, putting her body a little out of proportion.

She tucked a slightly see-through white top into the twill bottoms, which strained around the middle button as if it was too small.

And her sheer top ended up being ever so slightly see-through.
She teamed her outfit with huge oversize earrings and her trademark smoky black eye make-up.

In comparison, her older sister, Kourtney, looked sported a much more flattering ensemble.

Though she's pregnant with her second child, the 32-year-old still looked tiny in a pair of blue skinny jeans, a baggy white sweater and nude leather flats.

The sisters went to lunch (which was filmed for their reality show, of course).

And it looked like she was making an attempt to stay away from fatty foods, tweeting:

'Eating fattening pancakes but trying to be healthy with egg whites!'

The sisters also went house hunting in a north Los Angeles neighbourhood.

In a world stuffed full of sycophantic presenters, it's refreshing when one is brave enough to burst a celebrity balloon.

So when Mike Jerrick of Philadelphia's Fox 29 morning show, Good Day, decided to mock and mimic the Kardashian sisters live on air just moments after wrapping up an interview with them, his co-host couldn't stop laughing.

The TV frontman immediately ridiculed the sisters' high pitched voices and even joked about their shoulder pads after his live video link conversation with the reality stars.

After chatting with Kim, 30, and 32-year-old Kourtney Kardashian on the show, 61-year-old Jerrick couldn't contain his mirth.

As soon as they said their goodbyes to the Kardashians, who were promoting their Sears line at New York Fashion Week, his shoulders started shaking with laughter.
He asked co-host Sheinelle Jones: 'Can they still hear us?.'

Jerrick, who was the titular host on the Morning Show with Mike and Juliet until 2009, then proceeded to imitate the reality stars for their high-pitched voices and love of 80's style shoulder pads.

Jones half-heartedly attempted to defend the sisters, insisting through guffaws: 'I think they're stunning.'

But even she couldn't keep a straight face as her co-host continued to speak in a nasal Kardashian-esque voice.

Sears hopes that the Kardashians will help draw a younger, more image-conscious customer to the store.

John Goodman, executive vice president of apparel and home, told GMA: 'When you think of Sears you think of appliances, you think of tools. How do you get people's perception to change around clothing and apparel?

The 32-year-old was clearly having as much fun as her little 18-month-old son Mason Disick as she took him for a day's outing at the playground earlier today.

Kourtney was all smiles as she and her adorable little boy had a go on the slide at the New York park.


Looking casual in a checked shirt, black vest top, skinny grey jeans and black pumps, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star looked like she was having a great time on her day out.

At one point, she helped a delighted Mason play with a spade and some sand in the playground.

Later she was spotted carrying the little boy through the city where they both wore a pair of sunglasses, with Mason sporting a cute orange and black frame.

And she certainly seems to be enjoying herself in the city.

They may look distinctly different in height and shape, but Kardashian sisters Khloe and Kourtney clearly share the same sense of humour.

The reality show stars joked that they are in competition with each other to get pregnant during an appearance on Good Morning America.

'It's a race to the nine month mark baby,' Khloe solemnly told host Robin Roberts today after being asked if they were competing to have a baby.


'That's true,' they both chorused. 'I have stuff saved in my freezer and Kourtney and I were going to compete on who could get knocked up first,' added Khloe.

On a more serious note, Khloe, 26, said the sisters were actually each other's best friends.

'We genuinely love each other and my sisters are my best friends,' said Khloe, who looked casual in a grey floppy hat, black blazer and black jeans.

'People always want to assume we're competing with each other or comparing every thing to one another. I think that is the craziest thing people say because it's the furthest from the truth.

'I don't think you could put on a front for as long either - off on on camera,' she added

The sisters were on the programme to promote the new season of their hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which airs in the U.S. on June 12.

The show will feature formidable matriarch Kris Jenner, who controversially made comments about her daughter's weight on her spin-off reality show Khloe and Lamar.

'She's my mum but also my manager,' Khloe said. 'So when we speak, I don't know whether it is coming from mum or the manager's side.

'It's hard but I do think she comes from a good place.'

'Not any time soon,' she said, when asked if she would be tying the knot with Scott. 'Kim just bought me some time so that works out nicely.

'My grandmother was texting me yesterday saying: 'When's the wedding?' I thought she was talking about Kim but she's like "No I was talking about yours."

'And I'm like 'How can I do that right now? It's Kim's turn.'

The family are so scrutinised - the minutiae of their life laid bare in their shows for the E! channel, that even their clothes become trending topics on Twitter.

And that's why Kourtney Kardashian, 31 , might regret wearing this jumpsuit for a visit to their clothes boutique Dash in Calabasas yesterday


The Kardashians have been champions of the jumpsuit for some time now.

They were first popular in the late Sixties and early Seventies - and of course, are a perennial favourite in prison yards and garages across the world.

Kourtney alongside her sisters Kim, 30, and Khloe, 26 , has worn a selection of onesies over the past year - from sexy to slouchy to downright silly.

Back on the Chain Gang: Kourtney looked like she should be breaking rocks rather than picking clothes


This head-to-toe denim effort probably falls into the latter category, unless Kourtney intended to make a homage to the dancing mechanics in Billy Joel's Uptown Girl video.

However, it's debatable that Kim fared any better in her beige onepiece a day earlier

Of course, this is all to promote the jumpsuits stocked in their Dash boutiques in LA, Miami and New York.

Kourtney wore this in black on Thursday (with some very girlie Louboutin heels, of course) and Kim got the task of modelling it yesterday, this time in white.

They both fared better in this option, though the laurels must go once again to Kim and those incredible curves.

Last week Kim told Cosmopolitan magazine that her famous figure is the result of eating properly and having the occasional pig-out.

She said: 'Sometimes I pig out, and I still feel great, and think "That was so worth it!" That's how I feel a lot of the time.

'I think, "See this little dimple of cellulite here? It was so worth for that cookies 'n' cream ice cream!"

Sisters are doing it for themselves: Kim and Kourtney take care to promote the looks championed in their Dash range, whether they flatter or not


'If I was stuck on a diet my whole life I would be really miserable. I love to eat.

If you can't enjoy your life then what's the point? You can't torture yourself.'

'Personally I've always loved the curvy look. Even when I was a little girl and all my friends would be like "Oh my God your butt's so big." And I'd say "I love it."

'I never aspired to be a size zero. I have cellulite. So what! I've never claimed to be perfect. It's crazy anyone should assume that just because you're in the spotlight, you're flawless.'
