Most mothers would be glad to have some peace and quiet while their newborns are fast asleep.
But pop singer Pink used the tranquillity to take her adorable two-month-old daughter Willow Sage grocery shopping and the adorable tot slept through the whole thing.
Pink, 31, who has taken to motherhood like a duck to water, kept her baby close to her chest and carried her back to her car.

She had seemingly been holding her in a baby sling which she untied and decided to just carry her in her arms instead.
The beautiful baby girl was dressed in a pink jumpsuit with green and white patterns across it.
Although in a peaceful sleep, the photograph of Willow shows that she is the spitting image of her mother and has her perfect features.
Pink was dressed all in black in a long skirt and matching sweatshirt. She had a green woollen hat on her head and red feather earrings.

The mother-daughter duo perused around Pavilions Grocery Store in Malibu, California and stocked up on food for herself and husband Carey Hart.
After she had finished going up and down the aisles she carefully placed Willow back in her car seat
and headed home.
Pink must have been getting the essentials after recently returning from a trip to Mexico where she had a relaxed vacation.

Willow's father, Pink's husband Carey Hart was obviously feeling very protective of his small charge, and carried the baby daintily.
His wife was more relaxed, chatting to a friend and lounging on the sunbeds, a handy bucket of ice by her side.
Pink seems enraptured with motherhood, tweeting only two weeks ago: 'such a purrrfect day, just me and my girl. we're totally BFF's already.'
Not forgetting her hubbie, she later added: 'Carey Hart is my hero.'

The Funhouse singer told People Magazine after the birth: 'You hear people say it all the time, how life changes so drastically, but you can't possibly grasp how beautiful that is until you have your child.'
It must be deeply satisfying for the star to have such a peaceful family life at last.
Pink's more troubled relationship with her parents was the subject of her 2002 single Family Portrait.

In the emotional track she sung about the fights she witnessed as a child, describing how she felt during her parents' divorce when she was 11: 'Can can we work it out, can we be a family, I promise I'll be better, Daddy please don't leave.'
Pink, Carey and Willow have just moved to a plush $11 million Malibu mansion boasting 6,800 square feet, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Her Spanish-style Los Angeles pad is on the market for $4 million.
